Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a UK charity funding research and support for those with cystic fibrosis, faced a challenge in connecting with its community and donors due to outdated communications. With their fundraising reliant on these connections and the need for staff and vulnerable stakeholders to avoid physical meetings, their traditional landline system was a major limitation. To become a more flexible and connected organization, they partnered with Vodafone for a solution.

Vodafone implemented its One Net Business solution, providing the charity's staff with mobile phones and integrating Microsoft Office 365 and Skype for Business. This created a fully mobile, wireless office where employees could work and collaborate from anywhere. The solution led to a more fluid and positive culture, enabled remote meeting attendance for cystic fibrosis sufferers, and reduced IT costs, freeing up more money for the trust's vital research.
