Swagelok transforms 129,000 SF global headquarters with Vocon

Swagelok, a manufacturing leader, partnered with architecture and design firm Vocon to create a new Global Headquarters. Their challenge was to develop a dynamic campus that would physically embody their brand and customer commitment while improving internal collaboration and creating a world-class experience for visitors.

Vocon designed a new headquarters for Swagelok that included a Welcome and Innovation Center to introduce guests to the brand and display active laboratories. The solution organized employees into departmental neighborhoods with shared collaborative areas and prioritized access to natural light. The project resulted in a thriving environment that enables connection and inspires innovation. Vocon's work was recognized with a 2023 IIDA Cleveland Akron Best in the Innovate Category award.
