One Lincoln renovates 24,900 SF lobby and amenities with Vocon

The customer, One Lincoln, a building in downtown Boston, engaged the vendor Vocon for a repositioning and amenity project. The challenge was to renovate the lobby and food and beverage services to create a more welcoming and modern environment that could support a future restaurant and enhance the overall tenant and visitor experience.

Vocon designed a comprehensive solution that included relocating the main entrance and repositioning the reception desk. They planned a new lobby bar offering all-day service and created The Essex Courtyard with improved seating and art installations. Vocon also designed Lincoln House, a members-only clubhouse featuring a library, specialty bar, and lounge. The result was a transformed property with elevated hospitality amenities, providing versatile spaces for work and social gatherings. Vocon successfully delivered a modernized and more inviting atmosphere for the building.
