Good Karma Brands renovates a 21,307 SF Milwaukee home office with Vocon

Following the successful design of their Cleveland Studio by Vocon, Good Karma Brands engaged the vendor again for the relocation of their Milwaukee Home Office and Studios. The challenge was to create a cohesive workplace by bridging two distinct environments: the historic Matthews Building and a new Annex connected to a public shopping mall.

Vocon's solution centered on a design that integrated the unique architectural elements of both buildings and the mall atrium. Key features included recording studios opening to the mall's food court to foster community connection and interior spaces like a cafe and game room to encourage employee interaction. The successful project earned Vocon and Good Karma Brands recognition, including a 2025 IIDA iDesign Honorable Mention and a 2024 AIA Cleveland Merit Award.
