Doner, a full-service global advertising agency, partnered with the interior design firm Vocon to address the challenge of creating a new workspace for its newly blended in-person and virtual workforce. The agency needed a strategic design that balanced its Main Street identity with an environment that could support its diverse team of artists, capitalists, strategists, and creators.

Vocon designed a warm, welcoming, and flexible workspace filled with natural light. The solution prioritized dynamic meeting settings and spaces for organic engagement, ideation, and creation. This allowed the agency to optimize creative thinking, host client events, and attract diverse talent. The design work by Vocon received honorable mention in the 2024 AIA Cleveland Interior Architecture awards.
