Corcoran reimagines 48,000 RSF headquarters with Vocon

The Corcoran Group, a national residential real estate company, faced a challenge with its overcrowded and non-functional New York City headquarters spread across non-sequential floors. This setup was ill-suited for its fast-growing team. Partnering with design firm Vocon, Corcoran sought to strategically relocate and create a new headquarters that would support its vision for the future.

Vocon worked closely with the Corcoran team to design a new space over two floors, successfully blending the old with the new. The solution involved salvaging and reusing much of the existing furniture, light fixtures, and millwork from their previous office. Vocon delivered a high-end yet functional corporate headquarters with a fresh, residential feel, providing Corcoran with a new home to carry its operations forward.
