BrewDog opens a 25,109 SF destination bar and restaurant with Vocon

Scottish craft brewer BrewDog sought Vocon as the Architect of Record for their new bar and restaurant in Cleveland. Their challenge was to transform a historic early 1900s industrial building into a modern destination while celebrating and integrating the structure's existing raw, industrial character.

Vocon worked collaboratively with BrewDog and their conceptual designer to refine the design, source local materials, and coordinate engineering consultants. The solution preserved historic elements like concrete beams and brick walls while adding modern amenities, a central brew zone, and a large exterior beer garden. Vocon successfully prepared the construction documents for permitting and bidding, bringing this destination project to life.
