The challenge was to create an office environment that supported open collaboration and minimal walls while still incorporating necessary private offices, all in a way that reflected the company's unique story and mission.

Vocon addressed this by designing a space with distinct neighborhood, community, and home zones to support various work styles and teams. The solution included an open layout that capitalized on downtown views and an energized main café that replaced a traditional reception area. Through this intentional design and a fresh use of brand colors, Vocon successfully curated a genuine sense of integrity, innovation, and warmth that further defined Bellwether's company mission.
