Life360, a family-safety app, wanted to drive adoption of a new paid feature, Crash Detection, by up‑selling its large freemium user base and proving the feature’s real-world value. To do this, Life360 partnered with Vocal Video to collect authentic testimonial videos from actual people who had been in car accidents and experienced the product’s benefits.
Using Vocal Video, Life360 produced and deployed customer testimonial videos (e.g., Terrel K and Zachary S) across product launch materials, landing pages, and paid ads to provide social proof. Vocal Video enabled fast, scalable collection and production of emotionally compelling stories that supported Life360’s biggest launch in years, helping with user education and acquisition by making the product’s impact feel authentic and trustworthy.
