Met en Co, a vehicle service and fleet operator, needed a scalable platform to digitize and automate garage operations, fleet management, workforce planning, customer service and HR processes. To solve this, Met en Co chose VobeSoft’s Vobe Custom platform, using the Pipeflow and Forms modules, to create a unified IT ecosystem that replaces paper-based workflows and coordinates vehicles, reservations and employee tasks.

VobeSoft configured Vobe Custom to centralize work orders, automated maintenance notifications, reservation web forms, complaint routing and staff records in the VobeSoft cloud, with workflows that assign tasks and sync on‑board computers. The result: faster, more consistent service, better collaboration between workshop, helpdesk and planners, and measurable efficiency gains — 947+ maintenance intervals handled per year, 3,900+ post‑its saved and 21 filing cabinets destroyed — with cost savings in FTEs and cash and a more scalable, flexible business.
