VMware’s Education Team provided training to address technical issues during and after deployment, empowering the customer’s IT team

HCL Technologies, a global Indian IT services company, partnered with VMware to deliver virtualization solutions for a multinational insurance broker but faced a key challenge: building in-house expertise to preempt and resolve technical issues across VMware’s broad product portfolio so deployments could run independently of VMware support.

VMware’s Education Team trained 100+ HCL engineers on vSphere, vSAN, NSX and the vRealize suite, ramping them on deployment and troubleshooting scenarios. As a result, HCL teams became proficient at implementing and managing both virtualization hardware and software, reducing implementation costs, increasing ROI, accelerating VMware adoption, and improving the customer’s business outcomes.
