OSIS is a nonprofit technology services organization that hosts practice management and EHR systems (QSI NextGen) for 44 Federally Qualified Health Centers across 28 states. OSIS upgraded to VMware vSphere 6.5 and deployed vRealize Operations, vRealize Log Insight, NSX (guest introspection with Bitdefender) and Horizon, plus a vCenter Server Appliance with HA, to boost scalability, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery. The changes doubled SQL capacity, delivered 100% uptime, cut antivirus scanning overhead by 90%, accelerated onboarding, and saved more than $500,000 in CapEx and OpEx.
