The company adopted Socialcast (branded internally as VOX), a simple, low‑cost enterprise social platform championed by executives that enabled groups, searchable posts, document sharing and open dialogue. With roughly 8,000+ employees given access and more than half actively using VOX, information discovery sped from days to minutes, productivity and innovation increased, and morale and cross‑country collaboration improved.
