Cloud Infrastructure Gives Lundegaard Necessary Flexibility to Grow Its Business

Lundegaard, a Prague-based web integrator serving over 280 customers in Central and Eastern Europe, struggled with performance, flexibility and complex management due to an aging, heterogeneous physical-server environment. The limitations hindered innovation and made it difficult to scale hosting services for both shared and dedicated customer virtual data centres, so the company decided to overhaul its IT model and move to an IaaS approach.

Lundegaard selected Geetoo and deployed a VMware-based private cloud (vCloud Director, vSphere 6.5 and NSX) across three virtualised data centres, running all customer and internal systems in the cloud. The move delivered faster performance, on-demand scalability, centralized security, simpler self‑service administration and measurable time and cost savings, enabling Lundegaard to offer more flexible, highly available hosting and focus IT effort on innovation.
