A VMware vSAN Case Study
I-NET Corp, a long-established BPO and data‑center provider operating the Dream Cloud and EASY Cloud platforms, faced limited physical flexibility, tenant storage interference and fluctuating storage performance from dedicated devices. To modernize its infrastructure and deliver faster, more reliable enterprise cloud services, I-NET Corp adopted an SDDC architecture and VMware solutions, notably VMware vSAN (alongside VMware vSphere, NSX and vRealize) to address these challenges.
By implementing VMware vSAN to use server internal disks and automating operations across the SDDC, VMware helped I-NET Corp rebuild the Next Generation EASY Cloud in six months, eliminating the need for dedicated storage and enabling self-service provisioning. The deployment with VMware vSAN cut storage- and service-related costs by about half, removed multi-tenant performance interference, delivered higher-than-expected IOPS, and eliminated prior three‑day VM provisioning delays—yielding measurable cost savings and greatly improved agility and operability.
