CoreLogic, a data and analytics company that manages more than 3.5 billion property and financial records and serves over 10,000 customers, faced slow product delivery and fragmented technology after years of growth and acquisitions. The move to cloud-native microservices cut infrastructure overhead and accelerated delivery: the CondoSafe app shipped in 6 months versus a 14-month estimate and with a smaller team (from an initial 12 devs + 4 QA to 1 product manager, 1 UX designer, and 6 engineers). The company now delivers faster innovation, easier data integration, and stronger market perception as a technology leader.
