Sparkassen‑Finanzportal (SFP) is the central digital and communication provider for the Sparkasse Group, responsible for portals like Sparkasse.de and S‑Immobilienportal. Faced with a fragmented, decentralized landscape of insular real‑estate solutions that interrupted the customer journey and risked revenue and loyalty, SFP set out to bundle and modernize offerings to deliver a cohesive, customer‑centric experience and faster time to market.

Partnering with VMware Tanzu Labs, SFP formed cross‑functional product teams, adopted lean/agile practices and new skills to redesign and extend the S‑Immobilienportal, launching the integrated platform in ten weeks. The outcome was a personalized end‑to‑end customer journey with better lead generation, analytics and conversion opportunities, strengthened market positioning, and a clear roadmap to integrate additional services across the Sparkassen‑Finanzgruppe.
