The old infrastructure offered poor visibility, no two-way QoS, unmodifiable active/passive links and slow change processes, risking voice quality and access to cloud apps like Twilio.

Partnering with Breeze Networks, Simply Business replaced MPLS with VMware SD-WAN (Orchestrator, Edges and Gateways), introduced resilient circuits and cloud-based services, and adopted Dynamic Multipath Optimization.
