Trinidad and Tobago IFC Delivers Secure BYOD Environment with AirWatch

Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre (IFC) needed a more flexible enterprise mobility management solution to replace Blackberry devices and support iOS and Android, while maintaining secure access to corporate email, contacts, calendars, and data for employees and traveling executives. The company also wanted to enable a BYOD program without compromising compliance or user experience, and it selected VMware AirWatch to help meet those goals.

With VMware AirWatch, Trinidad and Tobago IFC enrolled more than 35 devices in the first few months, applied security policies over the air, and gained the ability to track, lock, and remotely wipe lost or stolen devices. VMware AirWatch also enabled secure app distribution through the AirWatch Catalog, supported multiple device platforms, and gave employees fast, real-time access to corporate resources while improving IT manageability and reducing setup time.
