QIC Improves Client Relationships with Tablets Secured by AirWatch

QIC, an Australian financial services investment manager with more than 500 employees, wanted to replace its legacy mobile setup with a more user-friendly way to support smartphones and tablets. The company needed to improve employee productivity and client service while protecting sensitive financial data, and it turned to VMware AirWatch for mobile device management and security.

VMware AirWatch provided QIC with MDM, MAM, MCM and Secure Email Gateway capabilities, enabling over-the-air enrollment, corporate email and app delivery, Wi‑Fi profile provisioning, and flexible password controls for different device types. The solution also allowed QIC to remotely wipe lost devices and reduce support calls by eliminating repeated re-enrollment, helping the company improve user experience and speed up onboarding for internal clients.
