Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie Uses AirWatch SCL for International Document Management

Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie, a large educational institution in Brazil, needed a secure way to manage mobile devices and share corporate documents as its board and executive team began using tablets for travel and meetings. With sensitive information at risk and employees spread across multiple cities, Mackenzie turned to VMware AirWatch, using its Enterprise Mobility Management platform with MDM, MAM, and Secure Content Locker (SCL) to support secure mobility.

VMware AirWatch implemented centralized device and application management, secure document containerization, mobile email and web access, and content distribution for internal communications and TV news clips. The solution helped Mackenzie eliminate paper in meetings, speed up document delivery, improve productivity, and remotely wipe a stolen device; it also helped control roaming and data usage to reduce future 3G costs.
