inomed Medizintechnik GmbH, a global medical technology company, needed a secure way to distribute updated product documents, internal applications, and information to subsidiaries, partners, and field sales teams worldwide. The company wanted an enterprise mobility management solution that would give it full control over documents, support mobile access for unmanaged partner devices, and replace outdated product CDs.

VMware AirWatch provided the solution through AirWatch EMM, including MDM, MAM, and AirWatch Secure Content Locker. The platform automated device setup with profiles, VPN, and email configurations, enabled secure distribution of internal apps like the inomed Remote Viewer, and enforced document-specific controls for sharing sensitive content.
