ALBOA Improves Efficiency of Social Housing Management with AirWatch

ALBOA, the second-largest social housing provider in Aarhus, Denmark, needed a mobile device management approach that could support tablet-based inspections, protect sensitive tenant data, and work well for a small IT team. VMware AirWatch helped address these challenges with Enterprise Mobility Management tools, including MDM, MAM, MCM, and Secure Content Locker for secure document sharing.

With VMware AirWatch, ALBOA quickly enrolled and configured corporate dedicated devices, pushed policies and profiles automatically, secured board documents, enabled secure email and app delivery, and digitized inspection questionnaires through webclips. The result was faster maintenance reporting and administration, easier management for the IT team, and strong user adoption; ALBOA reported that only 2 of 15 support hours were needed, and it also expects cost savings from telecom monitoring and geofencing-based Wi-Fi optimization.
