J Street Gym, a Bentonville, Arkansas fitness facility founded in 2018 with more than 500 members, wanted to offer long daily hours (5:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m., including holidays) but the three co-owners all work full-time elsewhere and could only staff the building for a few hours each weekday (10 a.m.–1 p.m. and 5–8 p.m.).
