West Coast Self Storage, with locations in Seattle, WA and Lake Oswego, OR and over 700 units at each site, wanted to give tenants an easier entry solution that avoided rolling down car windows or manually entering PINs. To do this they turned to VIZpin for a smartphone-based access control option.

VIZpin was added to the main gate and integrated with the facility’s existing systems so customers can simply unlock the gate with their phone instead of using cards, fobs, or PINs. The implementation was straightforward, delivered the desired convenience for renters, and streamlined entry for West Coast Self Storage while eliminating the friction of traditional access methods.
