BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, wanted to improve its service-to-sale insurance journey and increase upsell opportunities while reducing customer frustration, compliance delays, and wasted mailing costs. The company’s phone-based process made it hard for customers to understand products, took agents around 10 minutes to deliver the compliance script, and led to poor conversion and high post-sale cancellations. Vizolution’s vScreen was used to create a more visual, interactive sales experience during customer service calls.
Vizolution implemented vScreen to let agents share information on-screen, support digital signing during the call, and automate compliance through a structured workflow. The results included 100% paperless processing, 34% higher conversion rates, 52% improvement in compliance, 50% fewer cancellations, and strong satisfaction scores from both agents and customers. BNP Paribas Personal Finance also saved around 85,000 documents per year, and the solution was expanded from an initial 25-agent launch to 700 agents across 8 locations in France.
