Case Study: AIB achieves more efficient remote financial planning with Vizolution

AIB, one of Ireland’s largest commercial banks, needed to modernize its direct customer financial planning process. The bank wanted to give customers more flexibility and choice while making the journey more efficient and cost-effective than traditional in-branch or home visits. Vizolution’s vScreen technology was used to help deliver a remote experience that could still support document sharing, presentation viewing, and ID verification.

Vizolution worked with AIB to launch “ScreenShare – AIB Advice Service,” enabling fully remote financial planning sessions with audit-recorded compliance steps, signatures, and disclosures. The new journey improved customer convenience and advisor efficiency, delivering 109% of the 2019 non-interest income target, 30% year-on-year income growth, a 50 NPS, and 250 more cases handled than branch advisors.
