JBS ramps up Qlik Sense and Vizlib user adoption with the power of visualisation

JBS USA, a global food manufacturer, was transitioning from QlikView to Qlik Sense and needed to preserve the high level of front-end functionality and user adoption its teams were used to. Working with Vizlib, it evaluated writeback and other visualization capabilities to replace spreadsheet-heavy, manual processes and make data easier to use across plants, procurement, sales, and operations.

Vizlib helped JBS USA implement solutions including Vizlib Writeback Table, Vizlib Library, Vizlib Finance, Vizlib Custom Report, and Vizlib Self Service, with plans to expand into Vizlib Collaboration. The results included major time savings, reduced complexity, better forecasting and decision-making, lower downtime, and rapid growth in adoption; examples include saving over 40 hours per week across five labour reports, cutting procurement work from two weeks for seven people to one day each month, and reducing nearly 20GB of file storage annually.
