Amazon engaged Vizion Interactive to scale its search presence on the Amazon platform using Amazon Sponsored Ads (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Stores). The film-studio-related challenge was to better optimize and maximize budgets across titles, expand campaign coverage beyond new releases, and increase the number of advertised products without sacrificing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Vizion Interactive took full management of the Amazon Sponsored Ads program, performed in-depth keyword research, and implemented an “always-on” genre-based campaign strategy to run year-round. Between June and December 2017 Vizion expanded active campaigns from 151 to 221 (adding about 78 always-on campaigns), increased advertised products from 3.33% to over 17% (a 410% increase), and finished 2017 with a 16.69% ACOS and a $5.99 ROAS.
