Peak Human, a healthcare provider focused on personalized remote patient management, needed a way to maintain the same intimate, high-touch patient experience after moving care online during the pandemic. Dr. Sanjeev Goel wanted to keep a strong visual connection with patients while also sharing a range of multimedia content, all without compromising privacy. Vizetto implemented Reactiv SUITE to give Peak Human each patient a dedicated virtual space where documents, images, videos, and PDFs could be accessed, annotated, and saved securely. The platform also let Dr. Goel pin his camera on screen, resize it, and capture session notes as a PDF for sharing after appointments. As a result, Peak Human was able to deliver a more personal, interactive, and privacy-compliant remote care experience, with setup completed quickly and integrated into existing folders without IT changes.
