Novalan Computadoras y Redes needed to upgrade surveillance across 69 INNOVASPORT stores in Mexico after outgrowing its analog CCTV system. The retailer required a centralized, scalable IP solution with discreet HD cameras and remote monitoring, and selected VIVOTEK’s IP surveillance offering — including mini-dome and full‑HD fixed‑dome network cameras, PoE switches, NVRs and VIVOTEK VAST software.

VIVOTEK deployed 1,044 network cameras (including FD8134, FD8134V, FD8154, FD8161, FD8361 and IP8362), 74 PoE switches and 69 NVRs with 15 TB storage, enabling single‑screen live/recorded monitoring and mobile access. The implementation cut wiring costs (single UTP cable), reduced theft and store damage, improved order and cleanliness, lowered security staffing needs, and delivered clear 24/7 remote oversight across all 69 stores.
