VIVOTEK and Aceros del Toro Increasing Security Across Steel Plants in Mexico

Aceros Del Toro, a leading Mexican steel manufacturer with plants in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Celaya, needed to upgrade its surveillance to meet higher international security standards and C‑TPAT compliance. The company engaged VIVOTEK to design an IP‑based, 24/7 centralized HD monitoring system using VIVOTEK cameras and VAST management software to cover large indoor and outdoor manufacturing areas and offices.

VIVOTEK implemented a tailored solution of 40 IP network cameras (including models such as IP8362, IP8335H, FD8335H and others), connected to an ND8321 recorder and managed through VAST to deliver full HD, long‑range coverage and centralized monitoring.
