The customer needed a high-quality, full-range megapixel video system to monitor indoor and outdoor spaces—entrances, main doors, aisles, stairs, exits and lifts—to ensure resident safety and capture clear environmental information under varied lighting and exposure conditions.

To meet this, Cheung Hing installed 368 VIVOTEK cameras across six models (82 FD8136, 45 IP8335H, 143 FD8335H, 34 SD8121, 9 IP8152 and 55 VS8102), using features like P‑iris, WDR Pro, vandal-proof housings, PTZ and auto-iris plus the VS8102 video server (up to 30 fps in D1) to capture faces, license plates and panoramic car-park views. The VIVOTEK solution provided reliable, high-resolution coverage of entrances, corridors, lifts and parking areas, met the client’s security requirements and received positive feedback from Cheung Hing for improving resident safety.
