Indonesia’s Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Is Secured with VIVOTEK’s Network Cameras
PT Jasa Marga, the state-owned operator of Indonesia’s toll roads including the 73 km Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, needed to upgrade its aging analog surveillance to capture clear, usable video for traffic monitoring, toll collection and license-plate identification. To meet this challenge they selected VIVOTEK’s IP surveillance solution, specifying the IP8335H 1‑megapixel network bullet cameras.
VIVOTEK, working through local distributor PT Hotware Indonesia, deployed 70 IP8335H cameras outside toll stations; the cameras’ WDR Pro, IP67 weatherproofing, IR illuminators (up to 20 m) and P‑iris lens deliver sharp, high‑contrast 24/7 footage. The VIVOTEK installation improved license-plate capture and overall monitoring quality across the corridor, bolstering traffic security and operational oversight while completing the upgrade smoothly and successfully.
