Lindström expands LiveDesign to 7 countries with VividWorks

Lindström Group, a Finnish multinational B2B textile provider, faced the challenge of needing a better way to showcase its products to customers. To boost engagement and drive sales, they partnered with VividWorks to implement a 3D carpet configurator using augmented reality.

VividWorks' solution allowed Lindström's salespeople to visualize products in real-time on the customer's own premises, accelerating the sales process and giving salespeople more credibility. The results were so promising that Lindström quickly expanded the use of VividWorks' tool from Finland into seven other European countries. According to a company executive, the solution has positively affected sales by making it much easier for customers to place an order after seeing products in their own surroundings.
