PayLease, a San Diego–based online payment processor for property managers and HOAs with about 125–150 employees, needed a better way to manage massive MySQL performance data. Their existing workflow relied on slow query logs that produced tens of gigabytes daily and required one or two experts to sift through hours of data, making it hard to diagnose slowdowns or proactively flag emerging issues.
