How M&N Homecare Partnered with Viventium to Enhance Their Impact

M&N Homecare, a New York–based agency employing over 1,800 caregivers, struggled with slow, manual payroll and HR processes that consumed roughly 90 man-hours per month and required manual wage-parity and PTO tracking. To address these operational bottlenecks, M&N Homecare partnered with Viventium and adopted Viventium’s home-care payroll platform along with its Employee Self Service mobile app and Onboarding system.

Viventium implemented a tailored payroll solution, automated wage-parity calculations, a mobile ESS for PTO management, and phased onboarding templates for 40–50 new hires a month. The result: payroll processing time dropped from 90 hours to about 4 hours per month (from three people to one person spending ~1 hour/week), PTO approvals and balances became self-service, and onboarding was streamlined—freeing staff to focus on higher-value work and delivering a more cost-effective long-term solution from Viventium.
