Amid post-COVID burnout and growing pressure from competitors offering earned wage access, the team wanted a solution that would be easy to implement without adding workload for HR and payroll.
Viventium solved this with Viventium Pay, an earned wage access feature built into MFA’s existing payroll and Employee Self-Service platform. The launch went smoothly with strong support from Viventium, helping MFA drive awareness and adoption while staying paperless and simplifying onboarding. MFA exceeded its initial enrollment goals by about 10% and reached around 40% adoption, with a target of 50% by year-end, while employees gained greater financial flexibility for unexpected expenses and budgeting.
