With VitusVet Connect, Green Oaks North Pet Hospital converted its landlines to support two-way text and picture messaging, allowing staff to send surgery instructions, check patient status, and reduce time spent on phone calls. Messages could also be imported into the practice management system, helping keep records current and saving staff time on manual notes while freeing them to spend more time engaging with clients in person.
