Write2Spell2Read, an Australian literacy program for teachers, therapists and parents, faced the challenge of protecting years of proprietary educational PDF materials from illegal distribution and misuse. They needed Digital Rights Management that would control who accessed content, limit the number of devices per user, and prevent printing or copying—without forcing customers to install special plug‑ins. Vitrium Security encrypts Write2Spell2Read’s PDFs via a simple dashboard and produces a secured PDF and a secure web link (viewable in Adobe Reader without extra apps), while enforcing printing/copy restrictions, device limits, expiries and user revocation.
