Titlevest Uses Vitrium Security To Protect Thousands of Documents In Its Digital Library

TitleVest Agency, Inc., a New York–based title insurance firm, created a searchable digital Co-op and Condo Offering Plan Library containing thousands of offering plans and amendments. To publish these documents online while preventing unauthorized redistribution and malicious edits, TitleVest chose Vitrium and its Vitrium Security solution to provide centralized control and content protection.

Vitrium Security was implemented to protect the PDFs using features such as copy/paste/print controls, computer lockdown, digital shredding, and web-portal single sign-on access without requiring reader plug-ins. By distributing secured links to authorized users, Vitrium enabled TitleVest to preserve document integrity, make the library viable as a business initiative, and position the company to increase revenue over time.
