IVES Training Group, a leading provider of forklift, aerial lift, loader and excavator training materials, needed to protect its revenue-generating Digital Training Aides (PDFs) and on-demand video courses from unauthorized sharing or modification—an imperative made more urgent as remote, video-based training demand rose during the COVID-19 period. To secure this intellectual property and preserve user experience, IVES turned to Vitrium and its Vitrium Security with Video DRM solution.

Vitrium delivered an all-in-one DRM solution—replacing plug-in‑based systems and adding Video DRM in 2018—so IVES could encrypt PDFs and streaming video, prevent copying or sharing, and offer protected downloads or a web viewer without extra installs. Vitrium Security Enterprise also enabled integration with Microsoft Dynamics for SSO. The result: stronger IP protection and seamless delivery that helped IVES Training achieve a near record‑breaking first quarter in 2020 while safeguarding new revenue streams.
