Clubmulwala Chooses Exterity IPTV and Digital Signage System to Modernise and Better Engage With Its Members

Club Mulwala, a long-established social and recreation destination in Mulwala, New South Wales, needed to modernise its ageing analogue TV system to better serve today’s tech-savvy members and guests. The club wanted a more reliable, easy-to-use facility-wide TV and digital signage setup, with better picture quality, more channels, and a simpler way for staff to manage content across the venue. VITEC’s Exterity IPTV and digital signage solution was chosen to meet these needs.

VITEC, working through The Avit Group, implemented an Exterity-based IPTV system with ArtioSign digital signage, AvediaPlayer r9300 media players, and an AvediaServer c1510 central server. The solution upgraded the club to full HD, enabled digital signage across 28 screens plus four dedicated portrait displays, and allowed staff to control screens and audio through a Crestron interface. After a short training session, Club Mulwala’s team could manage the system independently and create their own promotional content, improving guest engagement and overall experience with a reliable, easy-to-use platform.
