Using Vitality, Restaurant Technologies rolled out features like fitness device integration, the updated Goals section, single sign-on, a company-wide Steps Challenge, a Vitality Points Challenge, mental well‑being reviews, and on-site biometric screenings that feed results into the platform. Vitality’s tools and rewards were also used to drive safety incentives, producing a measurable uptick in platform use and participation, sustained engagement over four years, and increased peer-to-peer momentum and visibility of healthy behaviors.
