ACCO Brands, a global supplier of office products with over 6,000 employees, partnered with Vitality to improve employee health, increase preventive care participation, and boost overall engagement—challenges made harder by COVID-19 disruptions and lower completion rates for health assessments. To address this, ACCO Brands adopted the Vitality wellbeing program, using Vitality-partnered on-site biometric screenings, incentive-driven Vitality Points, and targeted engagement campaigns.
Vitality implemented a mix of on-site biometric screenings, incentivized challenges, a peer “Champs” network, integrations with health partners, and monthly data reviews with a Vitality Wellness Strategy Manager. The results: 81% program engagement, 42% of members at Gold/Platinum, a 32% year-over-year increase in biometric screening completions, an actuarial 16.8% average improvement in employee risk groupings versus age‑adjusted expectations, and status-linked outcomes (38% lower turnover, 36% fewer health-related absences, 32% lower Vitality Age).
