Tossed, a UK-based quick service restaurant, wanted to improve speed, capacity, and customer experience during busy periods while managing a highly customisable made-to-order menu. As an early digital adopter, it needed a better way to handle peak-time demand without overwhelming staff, and it used Vita Mojo’s kiosks along with click & collect, mobile apps, and delivery integrations.

Vita Mojo implemented an integrated digital ordering platform that connected all channels directly to kitchen management, while introducing kiosks to free up front-of-house staff and a host role to support customers and keep service flowing smoothly. The results were strong: ATV increased by 21% overall, Click & Collect ATV rose by 31%, 66% of orders included customisations, and 71% of Click & Collect orders came from repeat customers.
