I Am Doner, a quick-service kebab brand founded in Leeds in 2016, partnered with Vita Mojo to tackle manual ordering processes that were slowing operations and creating errors as the business scaled. Before the change, website and delivery orders had to be entered manually into the POS, taking staff away from customers and limiting efficiency.

Vita Mojo implemented its Order Management System to unify POS, digital, and delivery channels in one platform, while self-order kiosks became the main in-store ordering method. The results were strong: 100% of orders are now taken digitally, average transaction value increased by 35%, and delivery integrations save four hours per day, freeing up the equivalent of one staff member per shift.
