Optimus enhances the productivity in the projects by improving Requirements Management with Visure Requirements

Optimus, a telecommunications operator in Portugal, needed a better way to manage rapidly changing requirements across its IT and business projects. Its previous tool could no longer support the growing demand for effective requirements management, making it difficult to keep business goals aligned with IT deliverables. Optimus turned to Visure Solutions and its Visure Requirements product to address this challenge.

Visure Solutions implemented Visure Requirements as a centralized requirements lifecycle management platform with support for traceability, dashboards, import/export, test management, and configuration control. The rollout was completed in phases, including migration, customization, training, and production deployment, taking about one week for preparation/installation, three weeks for customization, and two weeks for roll-out. As a result, Optimus improved efficiency and flexibility, reduced the gap between requested and delivered work, and created a controlled repository supporting the full development cycle for 50 users and more than 30 project days.
