EKE-Electronics enhances the productivity in the projects by improving Requirements Management with Visure Requirements

EKE-Electronics, a leading supplier of intelligent train systems, needed a better way to manage requirements as it balanced fast responses to customer tenders with regulatory, safety, and lifecycle demands. Its previous document-based process was inefficient and error-prone, so it turned to Visure Solutions and the Visure Requirements product to improve requirements management across teams.

Visure Solutions implemented Visure Requirements with support from ImproveIt Oy, including setup, migration, workflow design, and training for 12 people over a 3-month pilot. The new solution improved efficiency, correctness, traceability, reporting, and configuration management, while centralizing project information and reducing gaps between sales and R&D. EKE-Electronics is now extending the platform further and expects it to scale beyond 50 users.
