Heineken Netherlands partnered with Visualfabriq to tackle inaccuracies in promotion and demand forecasting. Using the Visualfabriq tool, Heineken focused on improving predictions across three areas—In‑market, Ex‑factory and Phasing—to support better promotion planning and supply decisions.

Visualfabriq implemented three AI prediction models developed with input from Data Scientist Victor de Graaff and Demand Planner Lars Nijland. The Visualfabriq-based models have outperformed manual forecasts, delivering improved prediction accuracy and more reliable promotion and production planning for Heineken.
